Got a letter from General Revenue Corporation about an Ohio unemployment account

I got this letter in the mail from General Revenue Corporation. It says it's for OAG Ohio Jobs and Unemployment. It has an account number on it, 2957861.

The return address on the letter is 4660 Duke Dr Suite 200, Mason, OH 45040. I don't know what this is about. I didn't sign up for anything. It just showed up.
