Charged for a subscription I never signed up for after product didn't work

I'm writing mainly to warn other people, especially older folks like me. I ordered the Gentle Patches GLP-1 patch from their website. I thought it was just a simple one-time purchase.

The product itself did nothing at all. It didn't work like they said it would. But the worst part is they started charging my credit card again without asking me. I did NOT sign up for any subscription. They just took the money from my card.

This is very upsetting. The whole thing feels like a scam. Please be careful with this company.
