Ordered refrigerator filters that don't work and aren't real GE parts

I found this company called gepartsfiltershop.com through a Google search. I ordered the water filters for my GE refrigerator from their site.

The filters showed up but they do not work at all. They are also not legitimate GE products like the website said they were. I paid $75.76 for these things and they're just counterfeit. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Their info is phone (203) 600-1585, email [email protected], and an address in West Haven, CT. I've tried to reach out but it's been no help.

Ordered GE water filters and got counterfeit ones without RFID chips

I ordered GE water filters from the website gepartsfiltershop.com. The total came to $75.76. When the filters arrived, they were clearly counterfeit. They don't have the proper RFID chips that the real GE filters are supposed to have. I got scammed. The product is not authentic.
