Ordered a face brush from an online ad and never got it

I saw an ad for getaeki.com and placed an order for two of their AEKI Lymphatic Contour Face Brushes. My card was charged $79.99 right away. I never received the product. I tried to get in touch with them using the email they list, [email protected], but it's impossible. No one ever replies.
