Charged twice for one order and they won't fix it

I tried to purchase one order from getburnslim.com back in February. Right away I noticed they charged me twice. I reported it immediately.

I lost $319.00 total from the duplicate. I've sent numerous emails to [email protected] since then. Every time they just assure me they're working on it, but they never actually do anything.

It's been months with no action. I feel like this is a common problem with this company.
