Never got my refund for a returned shower head

I bought a canopy shower head on December 30th, 2025. The package got lost in the mail for almost a month before it finally showed up. By then, I had already bought another one, so I just sent it right back.

On January 30th, 2026, I got an email from them saying they got the return and it would take about 5 days to process my refund. It's now way past that and I still haven't been credited. They even told my credit card company that I never returned the item, which isn't true. The box wasn't even opened. I have all the proof and the return receipt.
