Ordered dog DNA tests, can't find the site to return them

I ordered four dog DNA tests. It took like three or four weeks to just get the box with the tubes and swabs. I did the tests. Then they said to go to '[email protected]' to print off a postage paid label so they could do the analysis. I tried that. There is no such site. I can't find anywhere to get the label. I paid $120 for this.
