Cat supplement looked nothing like the video and charged me after I cancelled

I signed up for a monthly subscription because they said it was the most cost effective way to get it. I didn't see any of the health benefits for my cats like they said I should. The product itself looked a totally different color than what they showed in the info video.

The container says it was made in China but I'm pretty sure they advertised it as American made. After I thought I had cancelled the subscription I still got more product and got charged again. I tried to cancel again and asked to return it for a refund. Hope it works this time.
