Ordered a robot bunny from a Facebook ad, never got it.

I saw an ad on Facebook for an interactive robot bunny for kids. The ad said they were in the USA and shipping would take 7 to 10 days. I placed the order over a month ago now.

I never got a tracking number from GetRabsy.com. I tried their customer support and it was just a bunch of different people giving me the exact same reply, word for word. They keep claiming my package shipped but they have no tracking number for it. No information on where it is.

They won't give me a refund, saying it's already been shipped. Every email I get back from [email protected] says the same canned thing. Nobody is really responding and the phone number, (120) 447-2075, doesn't work. I'm out $117.
