Lost $38.97 to GetWuffy.com with no way to get a refund

I got a message from GetWuffy.com and ended up losing $38.97. Their phone number is (728) 999-1883. I tried to contact them for a refund but there's just no way to do it from their website.

Any attempt I make is a dead end. I even used their email, [email protected], and got nothing back. There's no way to reach them and I'm out the money.
