Ordered a black hat and got a wrinkled white one instead

I ordered a hat from GHELTER.COM and they sent me the wrong one. I wanted the black wrap around style but I got it in white. Plus the packaging was all damaged when it showed up and the hat came wrinkled.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. I paid $41.85 for this. Not happy at all.
