Ordered goods that never arrived but tracking said delivered

I ordered stuff from this website giseabel.com and they took my money, $62.83. The tracking said it was delivered but it was a lie, nothing showed up. I checked with the carrier and they said no package was ever sent to my address.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and no reply. The phone number they have is (886) 987-9865 and it just rings. So I paid for something I never got and they are ignoring me. I just want my money back or the product.
