Paid for a dog ramp and never got anything back

I bought a dog ramp online. The email I had for the seller was [email protected]. I kept trying to contact them through that email after I paid.

They never replied to me at all. I never got the ramp. I lost $86.00 on it. The address they gave was in Brantford, ON N3T 1A7, Canada. Just feels like I got taken.
