Kept asking for more money to deliver a cat I already paid for

I was trying to adopt a cat from a social media account my friend sent me, Morgan’s Kittens. After I paid for the cat, they sent me to a delivery company called Global Network Logistics. But then this company just kept asking for more delivery fees every time. I paid, and then they'd ask for more. It happened over and over. I ended up paying a total of $4350 and still never got the cat or any delivery. It feels like they just kept taking more money and there was never any real delivery. Their website is globalnetworklogistics.com and the email is [email protected]. The phone number I had was (213) 537-4107.
