Ordered from a Bath and Body Works ad, got charged by a different company

I saw this ad on TikTok and it was advertised as Bath and Body Works. I placed the order, but then it came up as a different company on my statement. It was for $45.

Since October 2025, I've been asking for my money back. They keep refusing to give me a refund. They just keep saying they are shipping my product, but I never received anything. It's been months now.
