Ordered large glow rocks for garden but got tiny aquarium ones instead

I ordered what I thought were big colored rocks that glow in the dark for my garden. The website showed them as large garden rocks. But what showed up was tiny aquarium rocks. Like seriously small.

I paid $59 for these and they won't give me my money back. I tried disputing it with ****** and they just said no refund. The whole thing just feels wrong. I didn't get what I paid for at all.
