Ordered bathing suits from Glowiivibe and never got them

I ordered bathing suits on March 3rd from Glowiivibe. They charged me $24.99. They sent me a message saying the package was delivered on April 4th, but I never got it.

I checked with my neighbors and they didn't have it either. I tried to contact them about it but haven't gotten any reply. I paid for something I never received.
