They're trying to charge me $199 after I only agreed to pay $39

I was looking at their GLP1 program. The site said to pay $39 to see if you're approved, and once you are, you get your first shipment for that discount price. Then the next month you pay $151.
But now they are automatically trying to take out $199 from my account. I only agreed to pay a total of $39. This isn't what I signed up for at all.
