Ordered a Bible study book and now getting charged under different company names

I ordered a bible study book from a company called God is Great. I got the book but then they kept charging me $39.00 each month, three times. I filed a fraud charge with my bank about it.

Now they are charging me $39.00 again under a different company name called TAMORA. This is the fourth time they took money out and I think they have my bank account number now too, not just my debit card I used for the original order.
