Ordered perfume, never got it, then got charged for another order I didn't make.

I ordered from Goda Perfume on their website Goda.com back on February 26th. My card was charged right away. By March 12th, I still hadn't gotten anything, so I tried to contact them. There's no phone number, only an email.

I emailed asking to cancel my order. They wrote back telling me to be patient because of high volume and said I'd get an email when it shipped. That never happened. So on March 22nd, I emailed again to cancel and get my $59 back, since I never got the product. They never replied to that.

Then tonight, I got an email about a completely different order from March 26th for $78. I never placed that order. I didn't approve it at all. I'm disputing both charges now. That's $137 total. They never ship anything, they just take your money.
