Facebook ad for Godli toy kits that never showed up

I saw an ad on Facebook for Godli kids toy kits and I actually tried to be careful, I did my best to make sure it wasn’t a scam before I ordered. Used Plaid to pay for it. They said delivery times were long because they were busy so I waited about three months and nothing ever came.

I contacted customer support a few times. After more than two months of them saying the item was “lost somewhere,” they said they “reshipped” the original box and then somehow it was “delivered” a week later. But I never got it. When I asked for a refund and to stop future payments, they tried to charge me for the quarterly subscription and just stopped answering. I really wanted to believe this company was real and selling a good product but I got nothing.
