Debt collector calling about a ten year old debt with no proof

Goldberg Polanski & Associates contacted me about a debt I supposedly owe from 10 years ago. I called them and emailed them, tried to stay in touch but nothing ever got anywhere. They just keep calling.

I already told them to stop contacting me. I sent a cease and desist by phone and email both. They don't seem to care. They're not following the FDCPA far as I can tell.

I'm getting ready to send them certified mail with all the validation stuff and the cease and desist in writing. Hopefully that finally does something. Phone number they use is (575) 219-8805 and they gave an address in Jacksonville, FL. Email was [email protected]. I lost $2110 to this whole thing.
