Romance app on Google Play charged me twice and mocked me

I met a female profile on this app I found on Google Play. It felt real at first, like there was an attraction and a connection. But every message was a lie. They charge you for these "coins" just to keep talking, and I thought it was genuine.

Turns out they were charging my credit card twice for each transaction. When I tried to ask for a phone number or email, or even suggested moving to WhatsApp, they blocked those messages. At the end, the employee or the bot actually made fun of me for being stupid. I lost $419.62 to this.

The company email is [email protected] and their address is 36951 Beech Hills Dr, Willoughby, OH 44094. The phone number they used was (380) 895-2819. It's not just a money grab, it messes with your emotions too.
