Signed me up for a monthly charge I never agreed to

I didn’t realize that they also signed me up for a reoccurring monthly bill for $60.. some dollars. They got all the information on a passport. Their phone number is (877) 487-2778 and the website is GOV PLUS with a plus sign. I lost $169 total. It was supposed to be an online purchase but they just kept taking money.
