Paid govplus.com for passport help, now my application is stuck and I'm worried about identity theft

I saw govplus.com advertising they do passports, birth certificates, precheck and other items. I filled out a form on their site and even uploaded my driver's license and birth certificate. They charged my credit card $97 right away.

Now they've given me everything. My application has just been sitting online saying "1 more business day" since February 14th. It never changes. I haven't gotten any service or my documents back.

I fear identity theft now because they have all my personal documents and my money.
