Got a weird call about documents I never asked for

I got a message from (603) 699-1038. It was this person saying she was Grace, following up about some document they got in their office for me. She gave a reference case number, 219-06928, and said it twice.

She said documents about my file are being prepared to be sent out and that I need to be available to sign for them. She said if they can't reach me at home, they'll try my place of work. To stop further action, I needed to call 951-570-5930. She said the call was logged and recorded as proof they tried to reach me.

It felt off. I never asked for any documents or filed anything with them. I don't know who this is or what they're talking about.
