Ordered a garden hose and got something that doesn't fit

I ordered an adjustable water pressure garden hose from their website www.gradientiscolor.com. What they sent me was not the same product at all. The end piece doesn't even fit a regular garden hose.

I sent them pictures showing what was on their website versus what I got. I told them to send the correct product or give me a refund. They said I have to pay to send it back internationally or take a partial refund of $15. I lost $45 on this.
