Dress looked nothing like what they sent and returns go to China

I ordered a dress from Grayson and Porter of NY and what showed up was not the same dress I ordered at all. The quality was really poor, like cheap fabric and stitching.

So I tried to return it and they told me to send it back to an address they gave me after I asked about returns. That address was in China and it would cost me over $200 to ship it there. That's more than the dress cost.

I talked to their customer service and all they offered was 10-20% off another item. Like why would I spend more money on something else that's probably just as bad. I just want to warn people their returns go to China not NY even though the website says NY.
