Got a text about my book from a company with no phone number or website

I got a text from Green Book Publishing about self publishing. They knew I owned a book, they knew the title, and they had my cell phone number. That felt really off. When I tried to call the number to talk about the text, the person just texted back saying they couldn't talk. I asked if they were a fraudulent company and they texted back "it is like you said". I asked for their number and they wouldn't give one. There was no website provided, no phone number, no professional information about this company anywhere. We've worked a long time on this book and we won't let scammers like this get the best of us. Luckily we aren't looking to self publish. I've filed a complaint with the FTC.
