Instagram ad for free downloads took my money and the link doesn't work

I saw an ad on Instagram from GrowingWithGod.store. It was offering free downloads. I clicked it but the websites were different from what the ad showed. Something felt off right away.

I still got charged $7.47. The link they gave me for the downloads isn't working at all. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no reply. It just doesn't make sense to charge me for something that was supposed to be free and then the link is broken.
