Ordered from Gumtree golf club and they took my money but never shipped

I placed an order with Gumtree Gulf and nature club. They took the money out of my account right away, like $65.00, and I never got my product. I sent them a bunch of emails. They answered one of them asking for my order number. So I gave it to them and then nothing. Never heard from them again. Their website is gumtreegolfandnatureclub.com and they have an address at 315 Berry Street in Brooklyn, NY. I don't know what else to do.
