Ordered rings and a charger, got nothing but deleted comments

I placed an order for two rings and a charger on February 22nd. My order number is 47082. I tried to email them, but the emails just bounce back as undeliverable. Every time I try to comment on their social media posts, they just delete my comments.

When I check the tracking on their website, it says they can't even find my order. I looked into it more and found so many other people with the exact same problem. They never got their items either—some people even got sent underwear instead of what they ordered. Nobody can get a refund. I'm out over $100 and have nothing to show for it.

Ordered a health tracking ring that never shipped, no real customer service

I ordered a health tracking ring from the website haloring.us. I paid $78.25 for it. The website looked legit at first, but the order never shipped.

The tracking information they gave never worked. I tried contacting their customer service, but they don't respond. If they do send an email back, it's vague and doesn't answer any questions. When you look deeper, all the reviews for this company are negative, with everyone saying the same thing happened to them.

You won't get the product and you won't get answers from this fake company. If you bought from them, dispute the charge.
