Ordered a smart ring, got a fake tracking number and no product

I ordered what I thought was a Halo smart ring. They took the money from my account the same day. It's been over a month and I never got it.

I emailed them and got a reply saying it shipped, but the tracking info was all in Chinese. Then they sent another email saying orders were delayed and their website changed to tryhaloring.com. The whole thing felt really sketchy.

Now when I try to email them at [email protected] or their support email, everything bounces back as "delivery incomplete." I had to file a dispute with my bank to try and get my $56.95 back.
