Ordered from haloring.us, can't cancel or get a refund

I placed an order on www.haloring.us on February 24th, 2026. The next day I got an email saying my order was being prepared to ship and it had a China tracking number. Then I got another email saying their official website is now www.tryhaloring.com and it's back live.

There's no phone number to call, only an email. I've emailed them five times now asking for a refund and to cancel the order. All I get back is another random email saying it's in process, with the same tracking number that hasn't changed since February 24th. I was charged $145.
