Ordered from HaloRing.us months ago, never got my product

I placed an order from HaloRing.us back in February. It's been months now and I never received the product. After waiting several weeks I finally reached out to their customer service. All I got back was a generic email saying they would "escalate" the situation. I never heard from them again after that. They took my money, over $56, and that was it. No product, no real help, nothing.

Ordered a ring from haloring.us, tracking never worked and no refund.

I ordered a halo ring from haloring.us. The money, $67, came out of my account right away. But the tracking they gave me never worked. It just never updated or showed anything.

I've been trying to contact them about my order for a month now. They keep changing their email address. I've seen four different ones already. The one I have now is [email protected]. I've emailed, but they just refuse to give me a refund. The phone number listed is (855) 684-7734, but that doesn't seem to go anywhere either. Nothing works.

Ordered rings from their site, got fake tracking and no refund

I ordered from the haloring.us website. They gave me a fake tracking number. Days later they emailed saying their site was down and they'd tell me when it was back up. Then they sent another email offering a full refund or to ship a second order since my rings were lost. I told them to ship new ones.

Nothing ever came. So I finally asked for the refund instead. I sent six different emails and got no response at all. They sent another fake email saying the product shipped, but nothing arrived. Now they just won't reply to any emails. I lost $96.

Ordered a ring from a Facebook ad, tracking disappeared and website is gone

I ordered a Halo ring from an ad I saw on Facebook. The site was Haloring.us. I paid $60.30 and got a confirmation email and even a tracking number. For a while I was getting follow-up emails apologizing for a delay and then saying their website had changed.

I followed the tracking for a bit, but now it has completely disappeared. The website URL is unreachable and I can't get to it at all. I have a bunch of the emails they sent, but I can only attach one screenshot of the confirmation here. The whole thing just vanished after they took my money.

Bought a ring from a text link and the site disappeared

I got a text with a link and a discount for a ring. I went ahead and bought it. My account was charged $56.95.

Later, I tried to check the website for an update. The whole website didn't work. The customer service email, [email protected], is not valid either. It's just gone.

Ordered a Halo ring, got a cheap knockoff and they want me to pay to return it

I placed an order on haloring.us. Over three weeks later, what shows up is something called a "LuckRing." It's not even the Halo brand ring I paid for. I ordered my usual size, an 8, and it doesn't fit at all, it's way too big.

The app you have to use with it is for this LuckRing thing and it's total junk. I contacted them about returning it. They said I have to pay for the shipping to send it back, and on top of that they'll keep 20% of my money as a "restocking" fee.

This feels like a complete scam. It's some counterfeit ring I probably could have gotten on Temu for five bucks, not the $42 product I paid for.
