Text messages saying I owe a debt to Halstead Financial

I keep getting these text messages from a number (888) 883-0169 saying I have some outstanding debt with Halstead Financial. They also gave me a website link portal.halsteadfinancial.com to look at.

I have no idea what this is about. I don't owe them anything that I know of. It just feels strange getting these messages out of nowhere with no real proof or anything. I'm attaching a picture of what they sent me.
