Charged for three months of medication but sent the wrong dose
I signed up with HarperMeds.com for a GLP1 medication. They asked for my previous prescription, which I sent. I was at the max dose of 15 mg. Just a few hours after I gave them my card information, they charged my card for a three-month supply. Then they overnight shipped me the lowest dose.
When I complained, I told them I sent my prescription at the same time as my card info. They said there was a "glitch". I tried to get this fixed for three weeks. I reached out at least 10 times, calling, emailing, and using the website support. Every time I just got the same canned message back.
After three weeks with no resolution, I had to file a fraud charge with my bank. They never sent the medication we agreed on, and they wouldn't fix the problem they created.
