Got a text about a debt I don't owe from Maryland

I got a text message saying Harris & Harris collects for the STATE OF MARYLAND, CCU. It says I have a balance of $5,131.45. I don't owe this. I've never heard of it.

The text told me to go to a website, harriscollect.payweb360.com, or call 855-336-5124. I looked it up and it feels off. The email they list is just [email protected], which doesn't seem real for a company. The address is just PA, USA.

I replied STOP to stop the texts, but I'm annoyed. This is for a debt I don't have.
