Got texts for a debt that isn't mine, wrong name

I've gotten three texts on my cell phone. They're addressed to someone named Amin, but that's not my name. The message says it's from Harris & Harris Collects for the State of Maryland, CCU, and lists a balance of $881.26. It gives a link to pay or a number to call.

I don't owe the state any money. This isn't for me. I blocked the number, but it's just annoying to get these messages for a debt that isn't mine.
