Ordered squishy toys that turned out to be fake and no refund

I ordered some Needoh squishy’s from this site https://hatshopwoodshop.com/ because they looked real in the pictures. But when I got them they were clearly counterfeit. Not the same at all. I spent $16.29.

I tried to get a refund and they just won’t do it. Their customer service is extremely rude. They know what they are doing. I called the number on the site (509) 548-4442 and the guy basically told me too bad. The address they have is 719 Front Street in Leavenworth, WA 98826. I also emailed [email protected] but nobody even answered.

Just wanted to warn people I guess. They sell fake stuff and then treat you like crap when you complain.
