Saw an ad for liquid Adderall which isn't even a real thing

I saw an ad from Health Headlines. It has to be fake. There's no such thing as liquid Adderall. It only comes in pill, tablet, or extended release form. So how is this real? How can this not be a scam?

How come it's still allowed all over Facebook and other sites? They're trying to get money from people for something that isn't real. It's not what they say it is.
