Someone used my info to sign up for Obamacare, now I have IRS problems

I got a notice from the IRS about my taxes. It turns out someone used my personal information to sign themselves up for the healthcare marketplace, for Obamacare.

They did it without my permission. Now it's caused an issue with my tax filing with the IRS. I never signed up for this. I don't know how they got my details but they used them to enroll.

This is creating a big headache for me with the IRS. I have to sort out this mess that I didn't even cause.
