Got an email offering a "dental kit" out of the blue

I got this email from [email protected]. It was offering me some kind of dental kit. I never signed up for anything from them. I don't know who they are or why they're contacting me. It just showed up in my inbox. The whole thing felt off. I didn't click anything or give them any money, but I don't like getting these random messages.
