Started charging us after we said no thanks

I got in touch with them through the marketplace, healthcare.gov. We told them no thanks because the premium was too high. After that, they just ran our info and started charging us anyway.

We called about it. They said they would fix the problem. But then the same charges came again the next month. They took $700.
