Several calls a day from Heather Holland about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls from this woman named Heather Holland. She calls several times a day, sometimes other people call too but she is the most common. They all say the same thing, something like hi this is Heather Holland, it seems like you applied with one of our lending partners and you didn't like their offer. She says she can get me a personal loan with better terms and to press one or call her back at 855-357-2205.

The thing is I never applied for any loan. And they call from different numbers every time, different area codes and states, random locations. I do not want them calling me. I have no idea how they got my number. I just want it to stop.
