Ordered yarn months ago, never got it or a refund

I placed an order for yarn from Hedition back in February. After two weeks went by and the tracking number never updated, I contacted them. They just kept making excuses.

They sent me a tracking number that didn't even work—it just led to a page not found. It's been over two months now. I never got the yarn and they won't give me my $70 back.

I should have known better. Stay far away from this place.
