Unauthorized subscription and can't cancel my order

I accidentally placed an order with Her+ from TryHer.com. I emailed them right away at [email protected] to cancel it. They never told me clearly, but they signed me up for a subscription I didn't want.

When they finally answered my email, they just told me to use a self-service portal to cancel. I tried their unsubscribe link. The text field acted really strange—my typing was invisible and when I hit backspace, a bunch of hidden characters showed up, way more than I typed. It felt like keylogging or something bad in the code.

I found lots of other complaints on ScamPulse.com saying the same thing, that it's a subscription trap and you can't get out. I tried every way they gave me to cancel and nothing worked. They still took $27.03.
