Ordered a water bottle that's stuck in tracking and has a useless return policy

I ordered from hernovabottle.com. The site says it's proudly made in the UK, but the bottle is actually made in China. My tracking shows it cleared customs, but it doesn't say where. It's been in the US tracking system for weeks now, and there's no indication of who the actual carrier is.

The return policy is impossible. It says you can try the product for 60 days. But if you decide it doesn't work for you and you used it, you can't return it. So what's the point of a trial period? I paid $72 for this.
