Ordered a shirt but got the wrong size and no help

I ordered a shirt from this company and it never got delivered. Then they sent the wrong size anyway. When I tried to deal with it they said I had to pay double to send it back and they wouldn’t even exchange it for the right one. Their website is Hervns.com and email is [email protected]. I lost about 15 dollars on this. Just feels like a total waste.
