Text claiming I owe COX Communications money

Got a text message out of nowhere saying they are a debt collector for COX Communications. The number was (844) 908-1741. I do not have an account with COX Communications at all.

Looked them up on the internet and found there is a scam going around. Their website was https://hhcollect.co/Harris. Didn't lose any money but still annoying getting these messages.
